A password policy has been introduced which will force you to change your password every 90 days.

You will automatically be prompted to change your password on your office workstation 14 days before it is due to expire.
There will be a minimum complexity to this password and previous passwords cannot be used.
1. Passwords shall be a minimum of eight characters in length.
2. Passwords shall consist of at least three of the following four character sets:
• Lowercase alpha characters (e.g. a, b, c, d, e)
• Uppercase alpha characters (e.g. A, B, C, D, E)
• Numbers (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5)
• Special symbol or punctuation characters (e.g. ! @ # $ * _ + ~ . ,>)
You do not need to wait to be prompted or notified by the system to change your password, you can do this at any time by pressing Alt-Ctrl-Delete, and selecting “Change a Password”.
It can take up to 30 minutes for password changes to come into effect.
*Please keep in mind that any time you change your password you will need to change it on any and all devices that use the password to access ifac systems, including smartphones, tablets, laptops.*
