If you forget your password, you must contact I.T. to request a password reset. 


If you think you know your password, before contacting IT please ensure that you are entering your password correctly:


  1. Ensure Num Lock is off when trying to enter numbers.
  2. Ensure Caps Lock is off for lower case characters and on (or using shift key) where needed for upper case.
  3. Ensure you are using the shift key where needed when entering special symbols or punctuation characters. 


After you have checked all 3 common issues listed above if you're still struggling to log in please contact IT. 



Please note, You will be required to change your password every 90 days (~3 months). 

Windows will prompt you prior to the password expiration deadline. Keep in mind that you can change your password more often than every 90 days, if you choose. 

You will not be able to reuse a password you have used previously.
