Here are the steps to add the Save To CMS button to Outlook.

  1. Open outlook
  2. Click FILE in the top left
  3. Click OPTIONS on the left of the screen to Open outlook options.
  4. Select ADD-INS on the left side of the menu
  5. Manage [COM ADD-INS], click GO.
  6. Tick the box next to “CMS Outlook Add IN”.
  7. Click OK to save.

If this box is already ticked but you do not have the Save To CMS button, un tick the box and click OK to save then re do the above steps.


If this is still missing, try running the setup.exe file in \\10.10.0.34\Global\CMStoOutlook (if you require admin rights to do so, please contact IT with your teamviewer details).


Alternatively it is advised to use the new CMS File Uploader (in the bottom right hand corner), it allows you to simply drag and drop files, email and even attachments straight from an email to upload into CMS. It's generally quicker and easier to use - for example, if it can match the sender email address from a client record in CMS it will suggest the client to upload it to.
