There should be scripts in place that automatically map any network drives you have access to but if the do not work the following steps will allow you to map your own network drive.

1. On AVD (new cloud), open the File Explorer. Shortcut keys are Windows Icon + E

2. Right Click on "This PC" then click "Show more options"

3. In this menu, click "Map network drive..."

4. In the "Drive" drop down select the letter name you wish to use then type "\\10.10.0.4\" in the Folder text box:

5. Now click the "Browse" button, expand the "10.10.0.4" Icon and select the top level folder you wish to connect to and click "OK".

6. The folder should always start with "\\10.10.0.4\" then the regional office or folder name you are trying to connect to eg:

\\10.10.0.4\Audit

\\10.10.0.4\Balla

\\10.10.0.4\KilkennySME

\\10.10.0.4\Payroll

7. Finally, click "Finish" to complete mapping the network drive.
