Before you try to access CMS you may need to run Open Office as there are required files needed to run CMS.
To set this up please follow the below steps:
1. Click the Windows Icon in bottom toolbar whilst in AVD (new cloud)
2. In the search bar, type in "openoffice.org writer".
3. Click on "OpenOffice.org Writer"
4. You may be prompted to register. On the Welcome screen, click "Next"
5. In the User name screen, leave the name fields blank and click "Next
6. In "Online Update", untick "Check for updates automatically" and click "Next"
7. In "Registration", select "I do not want to register" and click "Finish"
8. Once Open Office Writer opens, you can close it.
You should now be able to open CMS without any error messages.
